WEBINAR: Lessons Learned from 72 Community Hospital Replacement Projects
Thursday, April 15, 2010
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM EDT
Historically, there has been little empirical data to assess the risk and success factors of hospital replacement projects. Identifying the strategies that are important to the success of a replacement hospital project has been, at best, anecdotal. This presentation addresses this void from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
Empirical findings from Stroudwater’s continuing research into replacement hospital strategy development and execution will provide context for a case study of a successful New England replacement hospital project. Employing the 2009 Community Hospital Replacement Study (CHRS) as a starting point, the presentation will address the strategies that drive replacement hospital performance.
The CHRS and follow-up research are available at: www.replacement-hospital.org .
